Alejandra Sio Panetta - Associate Individuals

Alejandra is an BPS and HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist with experience in both Latin America and the UK, offering both in-Person and online therapy.

She has worked in the field of addiction for five years in the public and private service helping people from different backgrounds. In London she obtained a MSc. and has been developing in trauma work helping women who suffer from domestic and gender violence. Additionally she works for another mental health organisation focusing on stress and anxiety.

She provides an integrative approach, offering clients calibrated tools and strategies adjusted to their needs. Her nuanced and sound training in different contexts enables her to integrate different models ranging from psychodynamic styles to CBT techniques.

Alejandra is fluent in English and Spanish and provides therapy in both languages.
