Each generation has their own unique struggles which can contribute to feelings of anxiety, disconnection and depression. An additional set of skills and experience is required to support younger people who encounter challenges in this time. Our therapists, who work with adolescents and young adults, are trained and experienced in providing a safe space to talk privately and know what can be supportive during a time of life which is full of change, confusion and challenges.

Our Counsellors and Psychotherapists use therapeutic techniques to attempt to allow each young person a chance to gain a better understanding of themselves, their relationships and their established patterns of behaviour.

We also offer Parenting Consultations for parents and carers of the young people as an introduction session before the therapy or after to encourage a deeper understanding and how to manage specific difficulties and concerns.
