Hoarding Therapy

A Hoarding disorder is where someone acquires an excessive number of items and store them in a chaotic manner, usually resulting in unmanageable amounts of clutter. Hoarding disorders are challenging to treat because many people who hoard frequently do not see it as a problem, or have little awareness of how it’s affecting their life or the lives of others. It can be a symptom of another condition and it can increase stress and anxiety, making everyday life more challenging and causing relationships to suffer.

We provide a safe and private place where you can talk confidentially. Our therapists will listen, be supportive and encouraging to help you to talk through your experiences and find ways to move forward.
